The Chiddingly Millenium Sculpture In the year 2000 Sue Nunn was commissioned to carve a large scale permanent outdoor sculpture, from a single 150 year old storm felled oak tree. The centrepiece incorporates aspects of local history, while the four giants are guardians of a rural way of life. Now permanently sited in a landscaped garden adjacent to the church at Chiddingly, East Sussex. Between Uckfield and Hailsham off the A22, free access and open all hours.
